1. Overview

If you created a Kratevia account, you can delete it in the app or request help using the provisional public contact kratevia@gmail.com.

Do not include passwords, tokens, or other secrets in your email. To verify the request, we may ask for minimal information needed to confirm that the account belongs to you.

2. In-app deletion

When signed in, go to Settings, open the Danger zone, and choose Delete account. The flow requires your current password, an explicit confirmation, and the required confirmation word.

Accounts created only through an external provider must first set a local password from the Account section. Google OAuth remains available in the normal browser, but it is not started inside the mobile App Mode WebView V1.

3. Request if you cannot sign in

If you cannot access the app, send a request to kratevia@gmail.com from the email address associated with the account, using the subject Kratevia account deletion.

Email requests are a manual support channel: do not send sensitive documents unless specifically and reasonably requested.

4. Data deleted

When deletion is completed, Kratevia deletes or anonymizes application data associated with the account, including:

  • email and account identifiers, replaced with non-reusable values;
  • habits, check-ins, reminders, missions, statistics, and progress;
  • profile, preferences, avatar, weight data, and mirror/photos content where present;
  • linked sign-in methods such as Google and external integration data;
  • notifications, social/friends data linked to the account, and operational data directly associated with the user.

5. Data that may remain for limited periods

Some data may remain for a limited period where needed for security, technical audit, legal obligations, or request handling:

  • minimized technical or security logs, including IP/user-agent hashes recorded for Terms acceptance;
  • temporary backups until their normal rotation;
  • email correspondence needed to handle and document the request.

6. Indicative timing

For manual email requests, we aim to respond within 7 days and complete handling within 30 days, unless security checks, incomplete requests, or legal obligations require more time.

7. Contact

Provisional public contact for account deletion and privacy: kratevia@gmail.com.
