1. Controller and service context

Kratevia is currently operated as a personal pre-commercial project in private testing. The provisional public contact for privacy, account, and support requests is kratevia@gmail.com.

No VAT/tax ID, certified email, company, registered office, or other fiscal details are listed because they are not available yet. This information will be updated before any definitive commercial setup.

2. Data we process

Depending on how you use Kratevia, we may process the following categories of data:

  • account data such as email address, login credentials, linked sign-in providers, and language preferences;
  • profile data and preferences, such as display name, avatar, language, theme, and interface settings;
  • content you create inside the product, including habits, check-ins, reminders, notes, missions, statistics, weight goals or entries, and mirror/photos content if used;
  • friends, requests, blocks, or shared habit data when you use social or collaborative features;
  • technical data required for operation and security, such as session cookies, local preferences, technical logs, App Mode state, and essential browser/device information;
  • Terms acceptance logs, including document version, timestamp, acceptance source, and technical hashes of IP address and user agent.

3. Why we use this data

We process this data for purposes strictly connected to providing the service, including:

  • creating and managing your account, handling email/password authentication, and supporting federated sign-in such as Google;
  • delivering requested features, including habit tracking, check-ins, reminders, and local device notifications when enabled;
  • preventing abuse, security incidents, fraud, unauthorized access, and misuse of the product;
  • syncing preferences, managing sessions, and protecting sign-in continuity;
  • handling support, privacy, and account deletion requests.

4. Sharing with third parties

Kratevia does not currently add advertising trackers, third-party analytics, session replay, Firebase, or FCM. Android habit reminder notifications in the mobile shell are local notifications and do not require a remote push service.

Data may be processed by technical providers strictly necessary for hosting, security, or federated authentication. Google OAuth is available in the normal browser, while it is hidden or blocked in the mobile App Mode WebView V1.

5. Cookies and similar technologies

At the moment Kratevia uses only technical or functional cookies and browser storage that are strictly necessary for the service or for preferences explicitly requested by the user.

For the up-to-date inventory of cookies and storage actually found in the codebase, please refer to the Cookie Policy.

6. Retention

Data is kept for as long as needed to provide and protect the service and document relevant events such as Terms acceptance. If you delete your account, associated application data is deleted or anonymized; some technical logs, security records, temporary backups, or support communications may remain for limited periods when necessary.

7. Your rights

If applicable law grants you rights of access, rectification, deletion, restriction, objection, or portability, you can exercise them using the contact published on this page.

You can also review the Account deletion page to learn how to delete your account in the app or request help by email. Any mandatory rights granted by applicable law remain unaffected.

8. Updates

This notice may be updated to reflect changes in the service, authentication flows, billing setup, or technical providers. If material changes are made, the new version will be published with a visible update date.
