1. Service description

Kratevia is a web service for mindful tracking of habits, missions, progress, and personal preferences. At this stage it is a personal pre-commercial project intended for private testing and progressive improvement.

Available features may change over time. Any plan or Plus feature descriptions shown in the product are not a payment offer while payments remain disabled.

2. Accounts and access

To use restricted features you must create a valid account or sign in through a supported federated provider. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, the safekeeping of your credentials, and the activity carried out through your account.

3. Acceptable use

You may not use Kratevia in any unlawful, fraudulent, or security-breaking way. In particular, you may not:

  • attempt to gain unauthorized access or interfere with the sessions, data, or accounts of other users;
  • upload content or perform actions that compromise the integrity, availability, or security of the infrastructure;
  • use the service to violate third-party rights or applicable legal obligations;
  • bypass technical limits, plan restrictions, or security mechanisms.

4. Payments and plans

At this stage Kratevia does not process payments from the Android app or the website and does not use Play Billing.

If paid plans are introduced later, information about price, currency, period, renewal, and cancellation will be shown before checkout and these Terms will be updated where needed.

Merchant, payment processor, and final tax details are not published because the commercial setup is not active yet.

5. Refunds and mandatory rights

Because payments are not currently active, Kratevia does not currently operate a commercial refund flow.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes rights that cannot legally be waived under applicable law.

6. Availability and service changes

The service may be updated, corrected, suspended, or modified for technical, security, maintenance, or product evolution reasons. We aim to minimize impact, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or the complete absence of errors.

7. Reasonable limitations

Kratevia is provided as a digital productivity service and not as a medical, financial, or specialist professional tool. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the controller is not liable for indirect damage or consequences arising from misuse of the service or temporary unavailability not caused by willful misconduct or gross negligence.

8. Applicable law and final details

Final details about any company, registered office, VAT/tax ID, specific governing law, or competent forum will be completed when the commercial setup is defined. Mandatory rights granted by applicable law remain unaffected.

9. Updates to the Terms

We may update these Terms to reflect changes to the service, the commercial model, or legal obligations. When the version changes, Kratevia may require a new acceptance before allowing continued access to restricted areas.
